How do I book?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book your package, date, and phone. all remaining payments are due one week before the event.
Do instructions come with the phone for the guests to read to help them use the phone?
Yes, we offer a range from standard framed instructions with our DIY package to custom acrylic signs to match the wedding colors in our full-service package.
Do the phones need to be connected to a landline or wifi?
No! Our phones are entirely wireless and require no outside connection to work, which means they can be placed anywhere! They are powered by a rechargeable battery which allows the phone to record for 8 hours.
How far in advance do you recommend booking?
we always recommend sooner rather than later to ensure the availability of the phone you desire.
Do you remove or save any voicemails?
No! You will receive every voicemail that is left at your event. The only time we will ever remove a voicemail is if hate speech is being used.
Also, we do NOT save any voicemails. Once we create the UBS flash drive and verify that everything has arrived to our client safely, we remove all voicemails from our system and phones after one week. This allows our clients to order more USB flash drives after they receive theirs.
Is there a limit on the amount of audio we can record?
No! We will send you every voicemail left on our phones for you to cherish forever!
When is my phone color confirmed?
As soon as the deposit is paid, your date and phone color are locked in.
